Automatic Migrations

  • Migrated all inet:whois:email nodes created by Synapse-HYAS to inet:whois:rec -(refs)> inet:email edges. The migrated inet:whois:email nodes are removed by this migration if they don’t have any other meta:source -(seen)> edges. This migration runs as a Storm package init.

  • Migrated inet:whois:rec:registrant property values set by Synapse-HYAS to inet:whois:rec:registrant:name.

  • Migrated storage version tracking to use Storm package inits.

  • Migrated existing API key and tag prefix settings to the new configuration manager. Per-user API keys were migrated to user-scoped configurations named synapse-hyas:<useriden>. A legacy API key whose configuration cannot be added, for example because a global configuration already exists, is left in place, along with the tag prefix, and reported in the Cortex log; use hyas.config.add to add it. An invalid tag prefix is reported in the Cortex log and not migrated.

  • Updated Power-Up to use $lib.auth.users.get() instead of $lib.user.

  • Updated hyas.whois to link inet:whois:rec nodes to inet:email nodes with refs edges and to create inet:whois:contact nodes with an abuse type for abuse emails instead of creating inet:whois:email nodes.

  • Updated hyas.whois to set inet:whois:rec:registrant:name instead of the deprecated inet:whois:rec:registrant property.

  • Added support for proxy and SSL verification configurations on a per-vault basis.

  • Added new configuration manager commands:

    • hyas.config.add

    • hyas.config.del

    • hyas.config.list

    • hyas.config.show

    • hyas.config.update

    • hyas.config.migrate

  • Added a --config argument to hyas.dns.passive, hyas.dns.dynamic, hyas.whois, hyas.ssl.certs, and hyas.c2.attribution to override the default configuration.

  • Added the power-ups.hyas.admin permission, which grants access to all Synapse-HYAS commands and the hyas.privsep module.

  • Replaced the Optic configuration workflow with one for synapse-hyas vaults.

  • Removed the hyas.workflows Storm module.

  • Removed the hyas.setup.apikey and hyas.setup.tagprefix commands. Use hyas.config.add / hyas.config.update instead.

Bugfixes

  • Fixed the data migrations failing when a view is deleted while they run, or when a view’s write layer is read-only. Views with a read-only write layer are now skipped with a warning.

  • Fixed the hyas.privsep module making API requests to a caller-modified endpoint.
