Synapse-Tor Changelog

Added a global configuration named default when the Power-Up is installed or upgraded, unless a Synapse-Tor configuration already exists. A tag prefix previously set with tor.setup.tagprefix is migrated to the default configuration; otherwise the default tag prefix is used.

Added support for proxy and SSL verification configurations on a per-vault basis.

Added a --config argument to tor.sync to override the default configuration.

Use the Last-Modified timestamp to set the seen time for exit nodes.
Add tor.setup.tagprefix command, and remove the --tag option from tor.sync.
Update tagging to set cno.infra.anon.tor.exit and cno.infra.anon.tor.relay.
